Account Deletion – DO'KON Express

If you would like to delete your DO'KON Express account and associated personal data, please follow one of the options below:

Option 1 – In the App

Open the DO'KON Express app → Profile → Support → Request Account Deletion

Option 2 – By Email

Email: dokonexpress@gmail.com

Please include the phone number used in the app (for example: +998XXXXXXXXX) so we can identify your account.

Processing Time

Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days after confirmation of your request.

Data Retention

Some information may be retained longer if required by applicable laws (for example, transaction records for accounting or tax purposes).

O'zbekcha

Agar DO'KON Express akkauntingiz va shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringizni o‘chirmoqchi bo‘lsangiz, quyidagi usullardan birini tanlang:

1-usul – Ilova orqali

Ilovani oching → Profil → Qo'llab quvvatlash → Akkauntni o‘chirish so‘rovi yuboring

2-usul – Email orqali

Email: dokonexpress@gmail.com

Iltimos, akkauntga bog‘langan telefon raqamingizni (+998XXXXXXXXX) ko‘rsating.

Ko‘rib chiqish muddati

Akkaunt va unga tegishli shaxsiy ma’lumotlar so‘rov tasdiqlangandan so‘ng 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi.

Ma’lumotlarni saqlash

Ba’zi ma’lumotlar qonunchilik talablariga ko‘ra (masalan, buxgalteriya yoki soliq hisobotlari uchun) uzoqroq muddat saqlanishi mumkin.
